Payment : Cash Before Loading Or L/C at sight
Loading Procedure : Min 2,000 KL
Contract Period : 12 Month

Procedures
Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO with Bank coordinations
Up on Verification / Confirmation ICPO and Bank coordinates, Seller / Mandate issues FCO together with Draft Contract for Buyer review. Verbiage agreed via e-mail
Buyer bank Issue Soft probe to seller for Verification.
Buyer sign, seal and return the Draft to Seller for Seller signature and seal
Seller countersign and seal the Draft Contract and return to Buyer via e-mail
Seller issue 6 (six) Hard Copy Original Contract with sign, seal and send to Buyer via courier.
Buyer sign seal the Hard Copy Contract and return 3 (three) copies to Seller via courier not
later than 5 (five) Banking days. Both party lodge contract in respective banks.
Petronas will Issue Delivery Note and Schedule direct to end Buyer within 72 hours
Delivery as stated in the contract.
Validity: 30/12/2007
